List results

Tab under the Activity plan.

Used to identify all activities which have used a particular list in a given period. The results of such activities can then be displayed in the same graph, both added together or compared.

The selected options in the drop-down menus and the date fields are used here to define the range of activities shown in the table at the bottom of the page.

  • Selection of activity group:
    • Show all activities: All activities are shown in the table, regardless of the activity group.
    • : Only activities from the selected activity group are shown in the table.
  • Selection of departments:
    • To be filled out on this department: Only activities that are to be filled out on the department which is selected in the Navigator are shown.
    • Created on subordinate departments: Only activities that were created on the subordinate departments of the one which is selected in the Navigator are shown.
    • Created on this and subordinate departments: All activities that were created on the department which is selected in the Navigator and on its subordinate departments are shown.
  • Choose list here: Contains the lists associated with the activities that satisfy the options selected above. Click on Search to update the content of this drop-down menu. When the selected list is changed here, either when the user makes a choice here, or because the requested list has been removed from here due to changes in the search criteria above, the list of activities shown below is automatically updated.

Date selection

  • Show activities for the period: opens a calendar for date selection.
    • From: From (inclusive).
    • To: To (inclusive).

Buttons

  • Search: Updates the content of the list drop-down menu based on the user’s choices.
  • Choose all: Checks all the activities in the table.
  • Show graph for selected activities: Opens the graph of the selected activities.
  • Print: Prints the current page.
  • Help: Opens this page.

Activities table

  • Activity name: The name of the activity.
  • Created by: The name of the user who created the activity.
  • From department: The name of the department where the activity was created.
  • Period: From and To date when the activity was active.
  • Concluded:
    • : The activity is not concluded.
    • : The activity is concluded.
  • Comments: The number of comments on this activity. Click on it to display the Comments to the activity.
  • Show in graph: Check the activities you want to include in the graph.
