Responsibilities
Responsibilities is a tab under Admin.
Here you can manage the company’s responsibilities. Responsibilities may be used in documents of type Process chart. The use of responsibilities is a prerequisite in order for a process chart to be displayed as a responsibility matrix. Responsibilities are edited in the Edit responsibility page. By default, the following responsibilities are defined: Approver (A), Executor (E), Participant (P) and Informed (I).
Buttons
- New responsibility: Opens the Edit responsibility page to create a new responsibility.
Icons
- : Opens the Edit responsibility page to change a responsibility.
- : Deactivates or activates the responsibility depending on whether you are under Active responsibilities or Deactivated responsibilities respectively. Appears only when the department which is selected in the Navigator is the department where the responsibility was created.
- : Deletes the responsibility. Only visible for deactivated responsibilities. Appears only when the department which is selected in the Navigator is the department where the responsibility was created.
Tabs
- Active responsibilities: The active responsibilities are shown in the table.
- Deactivated responsibilities: The deactivated responsibilities are shown in the table.
