Alternative groups

Here you can manage the company’s alternative groups and alternative groups overviews.

Functions

Drop-down menus

• Selection of alternative groups overviews. The alternative groups that belong to the selected overview are displayed in the table below.

Buttons

• New alternative groups overview: Takes you to the New alternative groups overview page to create a new alternative groups overview.
• Edit alternative groups overview: Takes you to the Edit alternative groups overview page to edit the selected alternative groups overview.
• New alternative group: Creates a new alternative group and takes you to the Edit alternative group page.

Icons

• Copies the selected alternative group so that you can continue working with the group that is in use. This icon comes up only if this alternative group is used in a survey form that has already been answered.
• Takes you to the Edit alternative group screen to change the selected alternative group. This icon comes up only if this alternative group is not used in an survey form that has already been answered.
• Activates / Deactivates the alternative group depending on whether you are under the Deactivated alternative groups tab or the Active alternative groups tab respectively. Deactivated alternative groups can not be selected in the Edit alternative answers screen, but do not affect the list that is in use.
• Deletes the selected alternative group. This icon only comes up if this alternative group is not used in a survey form that has already been answered.

Tabs

• Active lists: Shows the active survey forms available in the department which is selected in the Navigator.
• Deactivated lists: Shows the deactivated survey forms available in the department which is selected in the Navigator.
• Active alternative groups: Shows the active alternative groups in the system.
• Deactivated alternative groups: Shows the deactivated alternative groups in the system.
