Preferences

This page is used for managing information about the user.

Buttons

• Save: Saves the changes.
• Close: Closes this page and opens My cases / Messages / Non conformance/Proposals. You can click directly on another tab after you have pressed Save, to go to another location.
• Print: Prints the current screen.
• Help: Opens this page.

Fields

• User name: Used for logging into the system. Must be unique for each company. Distinguishes between uppercase and lowercase letters.
• Password: Used for logging into the system.
• Repeat password: The user must re-write the password in this field in order to make sure that (s)he has written the password correctly, before any changes can be saved.
• First name: The user’s first name.
• Middle name: The user’s middle name, if there is one.
• Surname: The user’s last name.
• Email address: The user’s email address. It is important that the address written here is valid.
• Language: If multiple languages are enabled for the user’s company, it is possible to select the language here. This will affect all fields in the system. Content fields like texts in the message forms will not be affected. Texts like category names, list names and names on message forms are managed by the company’s super user.
