Messages tab worker

Messages is a tab under My cases for users having the simplified interface.

Here all the messages that the user has registered are shown and new messages can be registered.

Table

By clicking on a line in the main table, the message will open.

  • + Extra Information: Hold the cursor over the + symbol in the first column to get more information about a case, including its history.
  • Registered: The date when the message was registered.
  • Description: Text taken from the first text field of the message.
  • Priority: , , symbolize low, medium and high priority respectively.
  • Status: Message status. Possible values are: New messages, Sent to case handler, Action rocess, Closed cases and Rejected.
  • Current case handler: The name of the user who is responsible for handling the message. If the field is blank, the message is with the nearest manager, but nothing has been done about it yet.
  • Operative department: The department where the message is being handled or was last handled. See the History for more details.

Buttons

  • Register a new message: Choose a button with the name of a message form to register a new message. The message forms are displayed as individual buttons if there are up to 4 different forms. If there are more, the button Register new message must be pressed first. It opens a list of all active message forms.
  • and Change page: The arrows are used to change the page when there are more than 20 cases that can be displayed in the table.
  • and Sorting: The table is sorted by the column with the . Click on to sort on another column.
  • .png Print: Prints the current page.
  • .png Help: Opens this page.

Tabs

  • Non conformance / Proposals: The table shows the normal messages.
  • Log: The table shows the log messages. Not included in the standard version.
